The object of research is process of development directions of diagnostics of the real estate market influencing on national economy.The purpose of research is development and grounding theoretical and methodical states and elaboration the practical recommendations, which are directed on forming the directions of diagnostics of the real estate market influencing on national economy development.Methods of research: logic, dialectics, systems approach;the methods of statistical analysis, structural analysis; the method of comparative analysis was used.The scientific novelty - decision the scientific task of elaboration conception of the real estate market diagnostics procedure and estimation indexes of its influence on national economy development.At first: conception of the real estate market diagnostics procedure, which is based on generalization of certain stages and represents the plan of research of the real estate market influencing on national economy, is developed. Were improved:the terminology of economic science due to author definition of concept of «the real estate market», system of estimation of the real estate market development conditions due to introduction of additional indexes which influence on macroeconomic processes;approaches to the real estate market segmentation due to the selection as basic elements of the real estate market markets of land lots, dwelling and business apartments, lease and building in progress. Obtained subsequent development: complex informative product – geoinformative system of diagnostics the real estate market, which is directed on realization of effective informative support of subjects of the real estate market; system of the informative providing of the real estate market diagnostics due to installation of the informative automated system of territorial cadastre.
