Object: economical-organizational mechanism of management by realization of innovative projects on the enterprises of machine-building. Object: processes of innovative activity on the enterprises of machine-building complex. Methods: technical-economical analysis, mathematical design of economic processes and theory of acceptance of administrative decisions. First it is developed economical - mathematical model of estimation of innovative projects. It is improved: system of management by innovative activity; mechanism of optimization of brief-case of innovative projects. Got subsequent development: mechanism of estimation and management by the risks of realization of innovative projects; model of generation of recommendations in relation to acceptance of investment decisions. Sphere of the use: metallurgical, machine-building and banks.
