This dissertation of by itself complex monographic research in which the row of questions of theoretical and practical character is considered in relation to administrative-legal bases of adjusting of limitations of right for citizens on ecological information. The analysis of specific signs of concept «Administrative-legal limitation right is conducted in work». In work description of administrative-legal limitation of right for citizens is given on ecological information. Classification of administrative-legal limitations of right for citizens is conducted on ecological information. An author is probe a category «administrative responsibility» in the system of guarantees of right on ecological information. Administrative responsibility is analysed for illegal limit of right for citizens on ecological information. Offered ways of improvement of the legal adjusting of administrative responsibility for the illegal limit of right for citizens on ecological information.
