Gorelov M. Organizational and Legal Grounds of the Activity of Investigative Divisions of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the analysis and solving organizational problems of the activity of investigative divisions of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine. Historical and legal analysis of creation and development of investigative divisions of the bodies of internal affairs is accomplished in this work; peculiarity of normative and legal guaranteeing of the activity of investigative divisions of the bodies of internal affairs is researched; general characteristic of the organization of investigative activity of the bodies of internal affairs is given; essence of organizational and functional structure of investigative divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is elucidated; informational guaranteeing of investigative activity of the bodies of internal affairs is analyzed; problems of investigators’ work scientific organization are researched; perspective ways of investigators’ professional training are determined and their essence is elucidated; problems of control and supervising activity after investigative divisions of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine are characterized. Propositions and recommendations as for improving organizational and legal grounds of the activity of investigative divisions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are formulated.
