The thesis is dedicated to the issues of establishment, and realisation of the administrative responsibility of servicemen. The notions of the administrative responsibility of servicemen, circumstances, excluding the responsibility are cleared up, administrative penalties and the of order of inflicting them at serv¬icemen are characterised, the analysis of common features of administrative offences, for committing cohich servicemen are responsible in a common order, is accomplished, the classification of administrative offences of servicemen is made, the circle of administrative offences, for committing which servicemen must bear the responsibility on a universal basis is revealed, the legal procedure order of calling to account servicemea. The issue of preventing administrative delicts, among servicemen the meaning of measures of administrative responsi¬bility for preventing them are cleared up.
