Essay

Given here is the theoretic grounding and new approach to the important task of modern pediatrics: an improvement of effectiveness of treatment the children for asthma bronchial by means of application of proposed complex of educational programme for sick children and their environment. 172 children were examined during the research. There has been carried out the dynamical analysis of the disease in progress, keeping to the regimen of basic therapy, indices FEV, PEF, showing psychological testing and the quality of patients’ life. On the basis of the results obtained it has been revealed that the participation in this educational programme influences positively effectiveness of treatment the children for asthma bronchial and it improves their psycho-emotional state and their quality of life.
