Kucenko M. Economics Mechanisms of Resource-Provision for Operative-Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine

Object of the study is activity Ministry of Ukraine on questions exceeding situation and on deals of protection of the population from consequence Chernobyliskoy catastrophes, connected with use the budgetary funds operative-resque subdivisions. Objective of study is theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for efficiency of the use resource ensuring the subdivisions Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine, taking the efficient management decisions, directed on well-timed and qualitative execution by subdivisions operative-resque service their main tasks. Methods of research are system, economic and financial analysis, simulation modeling, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: scientific motivation of the methods of the study of the economic mechanism resource ensuring the subdivisions of Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine; practical recommendations on increasing of efficiency of the use the budgetary funds in Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. Novelty is scientifically-practical positions on use financial, labor and material resource for performing the main tasks operative-resque service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine.
