Ovsyuchenko Y. Estimating the functioning of economic mechanism of transport enterprises

Object of research – process of functioning of the economic mechanism of activity of the motor transport enterprises. Purpose – generalization and development of theoretical and scientifically-practical approaches and development of methodical recommendations according to functioning the economic mechanism of activity of the motor transport enterprises. Methods –analysis and synthesis, formal logic, system approach, abstraction, an induction and deduction, comparison, graphic, statistical, mathematical analysis, expert estimations. The practical value of the got results consists of development of recommendations on acceptance of administrative decisions, at а estimating the competitive environment, for comparison of objects of an investment of means from a position of the potential investor, for the analysis is industrial-economic activities transport agencies. Degree of introduction is a number of the offered positions of the dissertation is used in practical activities of the motor transport enterprises (Corporation " ХСАТП - 2004 " and LTD " Алюр - 2005 "). Some positions of the dissertation are applied in educational process of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics. Scientific novelty of the got results - the approach to a quantitative estimation of functioning of the economic mechanism of activity of transport agencies is developed methodical; are advanced the approach to a substantiation of administrative decisions at the motor transport enterprises, to an estimation of a financial condition of transport agencies, to development of organizational structure of transport agencies; obtained subsequent development specification of concept " the economic mechanism of activity of the enterprise " Substantiation of calculation of a parameter of sensitivity, the methodical approach by definition of an estimation of functioning of the economic mechanism of activity of the enterprises on the basis of an one-orientation of parameters with use of their standardized values.
