In the dissertation author reveals the content and grounds the methodological bases of strategic partnership between enterprises and banks. The author considers forms and aim of collaboration, argues the priority ways for strategic partnership between enterprise and commercial banks. A description of system effect from practical realization of conception of strategic partnership for the participants (enterprise and bank) and also state is made. Based on national and foreign experience analysis of existing practice of financial relations of banks and enterprises is made, it is investigational role of banks as key element of financial market, features of sponsorship of industrial enterprises on the stage of reformation of economy, the modern and perspective forms of financial co-operation of banks and industrial enterprises are analyzed. The model of network interaction between enterprise and bank is grounded.
