Halayko N. Organizational and economic mechanism of bank's activities efficiency provision

The dissertation considers theoretical and applied aspects of bank's activities efficiency provision. The author's notions "bank's activities efficiency", "organizational and economic mechanism of bank's activities efficiency provision". Analysis and evaluation of the level of Ukrainian banks' activities efficiency are carried out; the author's vision of methodical grounds of modeling, formation and organization of evaluating and analyzing system of Ukrainian banks' activities efficiency according to different groups is presented. Results of the research include theoretical substantiation of the strategy of bank's activities efficiency provision and its development consistency, practical recommendations on increasing banks' activities efficiency due to implementation of the complex of organizational measures, substantiation of bonus system of material incentives to the staff for contribution into bank's activities efficiency increase.
