Tkachenko T. Business as the basis of formation of middleclass in Ukraine (organizational-administrative bases)

The dissertation is devoted to research and solve the scientific and practical problems of forming of middle class in Ukraine.The theory of the economic nature of middle class is extended in the work, the economic and organizational preconditions of its origin and development are analyzed, the attributes and criteria of middle class as a basic element of a national economy are defined. The factors and ways of influence of business on development of middle class are found out. The state strategy of assistance to development of middle class is offered, the principles of a state policy are worked out and the mechanism of assistance to development of middle class is improved. The recommendations to implementation of the effective policy of assistance to formation of middle class in Ukraine are submitted in the dissertation.
