Kuzmichov Y. Principles of Crime Investigation.

In thesis complex and systemic research of crime investigation principles based on examination of legislation, bibliography and results of law-enforcement experience was done, recommendations of effective solving of problematic issues in criminal legal procedure were developed. Matter of criminal investigation activity was scrutinized with the connection to the objective, problematic issues and social-economical conditions of society. Relation between conditions and criteria of evaluation of crime investigation activities was determined. Stipulation of separate principles of crime investigation was justified with accordance to international legal regulations and standards of human rights and freedoms assurance. Entire system of principles that reflect complex peculiarities of the activity is arranged. Main notions and categories reflecting the issue, structure, approaches and means of crime investigation are improved. Conducted research has given an opportunity to bring forward the author's view on possible ways of solving number of disputable issues, support new scientific regulations that develop the theory of criminal process, criminalistics and operation-investigative activity.
