Pinchuk N. Theoretic and legalissues and the practice of criminalistic support of notarial activity.

The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical justification and analysis of practice of criminalistic science usage for support of notarial activity. General-theoretical, legal foundation for criminalistic support of notarial activity, role, place and significance of notaries criminalistic background for notarial functions performing were analyzed. The forms of notarial use of criminalistic science with the purpose of defining documents authenticity as the grounds for notarial functions performing, criminalistic analysis of a signature of a person as determinative factor of personal identification by the appearance characteristic were revealed. The Program of criminalistic training for notaries was developed, introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notariate" with the aim of improvement of practice of criminalistic analysis of documents was offered, enumeration of criminalistic knowledge most important for the notarial activity was proved.
