TThe dissertation is devoted complex criminal - remedial and criminalistics to research of existing problems of removal of the information from liaison channels as investigatory action. On the basis of the analysis of norms of the criminal - remedial legislation, a theoretical material, the statistics of questioning of inspectors, research criminal - remedial, criminalistics, organizational - tactical, moral - ethical aspects of the given investigatory action is lead. In work are defined and opened: concept, the purpose and tasks of removal of the information from liaison channels as investigatory action; a legal basis of carrying out of the given investigatory action; actual and legislative grounds of its carrying out; stages in structure of technology of the given investigatory action, elements of a preparatory stage; the positions concerning relevance of carrying out of removal of the information in an automatic mode continuously by functioning of the special device; Are defined and proved remedialand criminalistics actions, observance and which further development would promote maintenance of human rights at removal of the information from liaison channels; scientifically proved offers of improvement of the criminal -remedial legislation which regulates carrying out of the given investigatory action are expressed; practical recommendations of effective carrying out of removal of the information from liaison channels are formulated.
