Krysyuk Y. Social and Legal Order as the Condition of the Public Stability

Philosophical and legal analysis of social and legal order as the necessary condition of public stability was carried out in the thesis. There were revealed the features of regulatory potential of social and legal order in public life activity. The origin and the peculiarities of social and legal order forming in Ukrainian society were discovered and there was displayed their interrelation with the peculiarities of development of Ukrainians' mentality. It was investigated the influence of social and legal order conditions on the reformation of political, legal, economic, social and spiritual relations in Ukraine. The role of militia in forming and confirmation of social and legal order, providing of social stability, was studied; it was proved the necessity of minimization of violent constituent in its activity, special need for anthropological swing that will allow the involvement of an individual potential of the workers of law machinery.
