Mashkantseva S. Conditions and parameters of normalized developing sea transport enterprises of Ukraine

Object is a process of formation of parameters of normalized development of marine transport of Ukraine. Aim is system and instruments of management of merchant fleet efficient functioning development, on basis of rational formation and usage of industrial potential. Methods are groupings of economical systemic analysis, logistics, expert judgment and prediction. Novelty is development and justification of new theoretical and methodical regulations of normalization, which defines principles and strategy of optimization of development of Ukrainian marine transport enterprises, on basis of rational inclusion into the system of integration process on criteria of economical stability. Results are parameters of effective functioning of merchant fleet in accordance with macroeconomic tasks and principles of positioning of Ukrainian economy in the system of international division of labor, which predetermines the necessity of development of national fleet. It was introduced into activity of shipping companiesand into training course of ONMA. Branch is economics of sea and river transport.
