Yaroshenko I. Shaping the balanced scorecard in business integrated structure management

3.Research object: the organization process of management and providing of strategic orientation of ISB activity, which function in the metalurgical complex of Ukraine. Purpose of the work is the development of theoretical principles of tools of forming strategic conduct of ISB, based on conception of the balanced system of indexes, and development scientifically of methodical recommendations on its integration to the mechanism of management. Research methods are monographic, abstracting, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; structural analysis and design, analysis of hierarchies and imitation design, statistical and economic analysis, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the technology of forming and realization of strategy of ISB by a selection in its composition of integration constituent, correlation of strategic alternatives, with the system of measuring and expansion are existent approaches of strategic management by introduction of the stereotypes system of strategic conductof roles of corporate center are improved; composition of key indicators of efficiency on the basis of creation of classification of the indexes systems– by their differentiations between the hierarchically selected levels and centers of responsibility of computer-integrated structures of different business forms of organization and prospects of strategic map of the balanced system of indexes are improved; tool of forming process strategic imperative of activity of ISB in parts of expansion of list methods of balancing, establishing connections and expansion of methods of indexes consolidation of strategic map are improved. The methodical introduction of management mechanism a computer-integrated structure, the difference of which is an orientation on organization of the balanced system of indexes is got further development; determination of maintenance of concept of computer-integrated structure of business is got further development. The scientific results found practical application on the enterprises ofMC of Ukraine, that is confirmed the proper certificates and certificates, namely: on the "Alchevskkoks" (certificate No 1823 from 14.11.2007), in the State institute on planning of enterprises "GIPROCOCS" (certificate No 196/02 from 22.11.2007)
