The thesis deals with the investigation of theoretical and practical propositions of formation of organization of management of irrigation systems in agroindustrial complex in conditions of market relations of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of principles of economic theory theoretical bases of system of management of land and water resources of the region have been considered, principles and peculiarities of effective management of utilization of irrigated lands have been determined. Economic measures of stimulation of agricultural water consumers and operational enterprises in increasing technical level of irrigation systems have been worked out and recommendation on improvement of economic relations in utilization have been given. Methodic approach of estimation ecological consequences of irrational use of irrigation systems has been substantiated.
