This thesis focuses upon the study of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of development and increase of efficiency of rendering of tourist services of agrarian enterprises of region. The place of agrotourism in the system of rural tourism and in an agrarian sphere is determined with the purpose of diversification of agrarian production. The estimation of development of agrotourism in the Kherson region and efficiency of rendering of tourist services is carried out. The basic directions of further development of agrotourist services which include innovation strategies of agrotourism development, ecologization of agrotourism activity and their business – planning in agro –accomodation and agrarian enterprises are defined.
