Dissertation is devoted development of scientific-theoretical principles and practical recommendations in relation to an improvement and development of production and sale of grain by agriculturan enterprises. Essence and types of socio-economic relations in the process of sale of products by agricultural enterprises are grounded. System of provididng of basic economic functions of market of grain is researched/ The system of providing of basic economic functions of market of grain is improved the mechanism of the organized competition, essence of which consists in a maximum of free competition at adequate government control,and the economic mathematical model of account of factors of influence on socio-economic relations in the process of process of production and sale of grain by agricultural enerprises through the definition of four blocks.
