Sembay I. Functioning of agricultural enterprises in the context of development of rural territories.

Object of research: the processes of rural territories development on the basis of increase of productivity at agrarian enterprises. Aim of research: the purpose of research working out theoretical and methodological basics of effective functioning of agrarian enterprises as the basic factor of rural territories development. Methods: monographical, systematical and structuralanalysis; method of scientific abstraction; analysis and synthesis; economico-statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the main basis of the methodology of the research is the use of dialectical approach to the phenomena under research. This approach is used in analyzing fundamental ideas of the present theories of sustainable development of rural territories and their economsic reproduction in the conditions of limited productive (in particular, man resources). The practical value of the received results is in the fact that the main ideas of the dissertions are developed on the level of the methodological eleborations andpractical recommendations. The latter may be used as the basis for the further research of the problem of agrarian ventures development in the of rural territories development. Scientific novelty: the research was the first work out methods of calculatons of integral index of rural territories development based on the results of systematic examination of dynamics of social and economic process and their phenomena. It allows, to identify administrative districts of hidh, medium and problematic (depessive) resultativeness of regional policy. The work improved theoretical, methodological and practical approaches in solving problems of rural territory development on the basis of increasing agrarian enterprises productivity through grounding theoretical and methodological basics and practical directions of divertifications in agricultural production. The notion "rural territory" and "sustainble development" are improved. Degree of introduction: the association of farmers and land owners of Lviv region,associationoffarmers and land owners of Zolochiv district of Lviv region the board of agro-industrial development of Peremyshlany district State administration of Lviv region. Effictiveness: fulfillment of the research results will provide increase of production effectiveness at agrarian enterprises.
