Object of research: process of realization of the building project. The purpose: working out of theoretical-methodical approaches and practical recommendations about formation and management in of the building project realization cost on the basis of methodology of management of projects and controlling concepts. Research receptions: generalization of methodical approaches at statement and purpose formation, working out of methodical and practical recommendations; the technical and economic and statistical analysis; network and mathematical modeling; controlling methods. It is improved: the organizational-economic mechanism of formation and management in cost of realization of the building project which is defined as the integrated system of planning and the control of the building project realization cost which, unlike existing, considers at estimation of cost of realization of the building project the integrated influence of parameters of capacity (resources), time, technology and technological schemes. It is developed: to plan-control calculations according system on the basis of the concept of controlling and the integrated system of planning and the control of cost which considers whole, alternatives, actual results of realization of administrative decisions and a deviation from the planned results of realization of the building project. Use sphere: in practical activities of design establishments, the building enterprises at realization of building projects; in educational process of higher educational institutions.
