Dissertational work is devoted to development of methods, models and means of increase of management efficiency the machine-building enterprises on the basis of use of the automized information system of designer technological preparation of manufacture in matrix information technologies of management. In dissertational work the mathematical model of information Designer technological preparation of manufacture environment which allows to formalize the whole realizations and Procedure-objective structure of matrix information technology is developed and to build rational schemes of filling of objects of the information environment. The new model of structurization of information filling of matrix information technology is offered. The developed means of matrix information technology are introduced in a department of main metallurgist Novokramatorskogo of a machine-building factory.
