Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research the actual problems of criminal responsibility for malicious disobedience to the requirements of administration of attendance centre. The objective and subjective signs of crime, foreseen an article 391 Criminal code of Ukraine, are investigated, the drawbacks of current legislation and practice of his application are shown. The proposals concerning changes and additions to the existing criminal and penitentiary legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
