Slobodyanyuk O. The combined treatment of patients with uterine cancer with preoperative radiochemotherapy.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of treatment of patients with uterine cancer by radiomodification with 5-FU of preoperative course of radiotherapy. Expedience of application of preoperative course of radiotherapy with radiomodification by 5-FU with overal dose 30 Gr. Appraised a ray patomorfoz uterine cancer, indexes of hematological status, ablastics of surgical interventions in uterine cancer patients, efficiency of treatment of patients depending on the chart of preoperative course of radiotherapy. Application of preoperative course of radiotherapy (OD 30 Gr) with radiomodification by 5-FU leads to prolongation of the period without relapses on 14,2% and to increase of 3-year-old survival rate on 12,2% in comparison with control group.
