Essay

The results achieved – for the first time economic-mathematical model of evaluation of complex efficiency of wine-producing companies was elaborated. This model takes into account all the climatic conditions of the region. There was elaborated the economic evaluation of the perspectives of production of young wines by wine-producing companies with the possibility of the optimization of the export potential of the region; the methods of evaluation of the economic efficiency of the implementation effective systems of irrigation of the vineyards using the algorithm of choice of the optimal mode of irrigation to get the high quality wine products and systematically-structural approach to evaluation of the level of development of the wine-producing companies, which allows to find the resources of optimization of the efficiency. We have also elaborated further scientific-theoretical grounds of the ways of the optimization of the efficiency of the wine-producing companies due to the working out of a system ofmutually connected organizational, industrial and agronomic factors. Approaches to estimation of the economic efficiency of the wine-producing companies, which cater in producing wine materials have also been elaborated.
