Object - tuberculosis of lung disease at the patients with various genotypes Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The aim - improvement of diagnostics and forecasting of current of lung tuberculosis by definition Mycobacterium tuberculosis of various genotypes and their role in a clinical picture of illness. Methods - epidemiological, clinical, radiological, microscopic, microbiological, biochemical, tool, molecular-genetic, statistical. Novelty: the molecular-genetic structure M.tuberculosis in Kharkiv is investigated; features of a clinical and radiological picture of lung tuberculosis, caused by various genotypes of M. tuberculosis are investigated; dependence between M. tuberculosis genotype and antitubercular drug resistency is established; Negative influence of some M. tuberculosis genotypes on tubercular process that allows to recommend application of VNTR method in complex inspection of patients by lung tuberculosis is revealed.
