Bilokon T. The organizational-economic mechanism of sanation of sugar industry enterprises.

Research object is a process of sanation of sugar industry enterprises. Research purpose: there is grounded of theoretic-methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of organizationally economic mechanism of sanation of sugar industry enterprises. Methods: analysis of the systems and logical generalization, expert questioning, factor and comparative analysis, inductions and deductions. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated allow perfecting the process of adjusting of bankruptcy and sanation of enterprises. Scientific novelty: first: methodical approach is offered in relation to determination of sanation possibility of sugar industry enterprises through combination of the system of financial coefficients and indexes of estimation of economic activity of enterprise taking into account the specific of industry and features of judicial trial of business about bankruptcy which will allow operatively to define expedience of sanation of sugar-house; it is improved: system of financial stimulation of arbitration manager through establishment of basis sizes of fee for the positive results of realization of sanation measures and sanation on the whole, that is the motivational determinative of introduction and realization of sanation procedures; purchased subsequent development: theoretical principles of sanation of enterprises through grounded of its purpose and participants, generalization and classification of sanation measures, determination of structure of organizationally economic mechanism of enterprises sanation, directed on activation of introduction and successful realization of enterprises sanation. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Vinnica area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in the improvement of mechanism of sanation of sugar industry enterprises. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
