Salmanov N. The elaboration of the traffic capacity of calculation method for the public wideband packet network, and the strategy multiservice network designing for Azerbaijan

The research object is the process of creating of the next generation broadband packet network. The target is reseaching of such network traffic capacity and the building strategy. Investigation methods are based on the telecommunication networks theory, the teletraffic theory, the theory of probabilities and the mathematical statistics. The general method of forcasting traffic and packet network required transmission rate is elaborated. The recurrent method of symmetric two-level acsess network calculation is elaborated. The formulae of QoS characteristics are derived for Engset call stream and delay mode of operation. The engineering method of packet network traffic capacity calculation is elaborated and this method accuracy is estimated. Public multiservice network building strategy is proposed. The scope of results use is designing of public multiservice broadband packet networks.
