Essay

Multiservise telecommunication networks. The method of determination an index of services quality in multiservise telecommunication networks based on primary parameters is developed. The model of determination the structural reliability of digital synchronous network with methods of protection an information streams and ways reservation of blocks of the access point of the transport network is offered. The models of semantic and time transparency of package network, which take into account a channel, network and transport levels of the ISO/OSI model are improved. Dependences of index of quality from the load, parameters of network reliability, errors probability and slipping, time delay and jitter were obtained.
