Kokhan M. Economically-organized mechanism of enterprises sanation in Ukraine.

The theoretical bases and the practical aspects of the economically-organazed mechanism of the enterprises sanation in Ukraine were researched and the ways of its effectiveness' increase were substantiated. The conceptual apparatus was made more exact and the conceptual bases of the function of the economically-organazed mechanism of the enterprises sanation were stated, the tendencies of the sanative processes were analyzed. The expert investigation of the states politics quality in the sphere of bankruptcy and sanation was carried out, the foreign experience was analyzed, the recommendation about improving of the state regulation of the sanative processes were given. The methodical valuating of sanative potential on the basis of the integral indicator's calculation was suggested, the situate matrix of the choice of the sanative strategies in the process of coming was elaborated.
