Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research and elaboration of theoretical and methodological statements and practical recommendations for the effective land resources usage in agricultural enterprises. There are generalized theoretical and methodological aspects of formation, usage and reproduction of land potential in agriculture and summarized economic mechanisms and methodological approaches of effective land resources usage in agricultural enterprises. Evaluation of land resources usage economic efficiency in agricultural enterprises of Drabivskyy, Zolotonoskyy and Chornobayivskyy rayons of Cherkaska oblast has been accomplished. Main factors that influence economical activity of enterprises are determined and proposals concerning rational usage of land resources potential are substantiated. The main trends of effective land resources usage in agricultural enterprises are defined. Strategy of effective land resources usage has been worked out. Definition of "agricultural land renting market" is proposed. Methodological approaches of estimation of land economic ratio and organizational and economic mechanism of land renting dealings are improved.
