Dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual problem increasing of coefficient of structural quality of cellular concretes on the basis of theoretical and experimental ground of the method of combined modification of polystyrene gas concrete mixtures by organic-mineral additive and high-voltage electrostatic polarization on the stage of intensive swelling. It has been established that high-voltage electrostatic polarization of gas concrete mixtures influences on the processes of gassing in the system, kinetics of structure formation and concrete hardening, composition of hydration products of cement paste. However these processes have the obviously expressed character during activating of gas concrete mixtures with a calculative density that is higher than 700 kg/m3. The optimum compositions of gas concrete with foam polystyrene aggregate and organic-mineral modifier have been determined. Together with the optimum parameters of the electric activating it allows getting unautoclaved polystyrenegas concretes (D500-D600). These concretes in comparison with gas concrete of the same brand on a middle density are characterized by the promoted physical and mechanical properties (compressive strength is higher on 74 %, frost-resistance - on two brand; the coefficient of heat conductivity goes down on 38 %; deformations of drying shrinkage - on 56 %, water adsorption - on 67 %).
