Terpaj W. The сharakteristics of economical and biological peculiarities of sheep of different genоtypes unde the conditions of Transcarpathians

Thesis is devoted to the question of natural improvement of Transcarpathian breeds of interbreed type in breed precos with the purpose of adaptation of such population due to the conditions of market economics and animals productivity rising, mainly meat. In the experiment on introduced cross of local female with ram precos x suffolk (50 per cent of blood, F1) it is perfectly studied the productive and biological peculiarities of growth and the development of lambs from their birth to 18 months of age, including mass and line growth, index of body building, slaughter quality, physiological and biochemical characteristics of interier, physics and mechanical peculiarities of wool, methods on the intensive growing are approbated with the purpose to start the lamb production, too young mutton. Scientifically grounded expedience of widely introduced proposed methods with the purpose to create the conditions of sheep-breeding as traditional field in the lowest region of Transcarpathians.
