Bilousov A. Criminalistic Analysis of the Objects of Computer Crimes

Firstly in Ukraine, the thesis presents complex problems of criminalistic analysis of computer crimes examined while revelation and investigation of crimes in the sphere of application of computers, computer systems, computer and telecommunication networks. The current computer technologies problems of theoretical and practical aspects of criminalistic analysis and conceptual and systems analysis of computer objects criminalistic investigations role are studied. The thesis introduces the scientifically grounded suggestions concerning the objective laws of reality cognition linked with preparation, committing as well as investigation of computer crimes. The results obtained suggest to determine the concept and structure of computer objects as the objects of criminal investigations, theoretical stipulations and practical recommendations for preparation and holding inquiring actions while investigating computer crimes.
