Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of acoustic characteristics of stomatological prosthetic materials as well as of their influence on pronunciation in patients with complete removable dentures of maxilla and solid crown artificial casts in frontal area of maxilla. It is explored that complete absence of teeth of maxilla causes violation of power of sounds in more degree in comparison with the defect of dental raw in the frontal area of maxilla. It is shown that the using of polypropylene and cobalt-chromic alloy as basis materials reliable restoration of the most broken vowels and consonants sounds in the day of imposition. Using of chromic-nickel alloy as a material for production of solid crown artificial cast of dental raw assists of restoration of power of 11%, and frequency of 25% of sounds. It is shown, that prosthetic materials have coefficient of sound intake nearly 1,0, which in acryl plastics is diminished in case of frequency more than 1000 Hertzs. The coefficient of sound intake of cobalt-chromic alloy is the most. It depends from frequency of falling sound-waves in less degree.
