Davtyan S. The Mechanisms of relationships between local state administrations and territorial offices of central executive bodies

Research Object: System of public executive power at the territorial level. Aim: Determining directions for improvement of the public executive power system, and cooperation between local state administrations and territorial units of the central bodies of executive power. Methods: Systemic analysis, modeling, comparative analysis, historical and genetic method, and others. Results: Directions for improvement of the public executive power system at the territorial level, and interaction of its structures have been determined. Novelty: Alternatives of mechanisms to improve interaction between local state administrations and territorial units of central bodies of executive power have been developed; a dual character of public executive power at the territorial level, as well as the content and essence of its dualism have been explicated. The research has been introduced by the Odessa oblast state administration and the Odessa oblast council for designing their work schedules, and by the Odessa regional institute of public administration - for training.
