The dissertation is directed to the development of theoretical and practical recommendations concerning the effectiveness of functioning of enterprises of dairy products subcomplex in conditions of the development of intereconomic cooperation. The essence, the organizing mechanism of forming and development of cooperation are researched; the methodical approaches to the determination of effectiveness of production in the context of the development of intereconomic cooperation are given. The modern condition of enterprises of dairy products subcomplex and the tendency of their development are analyzed. The necessity of stabilization and the increase of effectiveness of dairy productions by the way of the development of the great goods production are proved on the base of the complex valuation of the effectiveness of functioning of economies of different organizing and legal forms. The main organizing and economic ways of increase of the effectiveness of functioning of enterprises of dairy productions subcomplex are determined. The versions of the intereconomic cooperation of agricultural commodity producers are improved and the priorities of the development of cooperative forms of economy are determined. The methodic of the optimization of the forming of the branch structure at the enterprises of the dairy products subcomplex is proposed.
