Rozgon A. Formation and functioning of stock exchange trade by an agricultural product in Ukraine

Object of research: processes of formation and functioning of exchange trade by agricultural production in Ukraine, subjects of the exchange market. The purpose of research: system engineering of actions on improvement of functioning of the exchange market in Ukraine by means of development of a legislatively-normative field and improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of exchange trade. Methods: dialectic, monographic, historical, generalizations, statistical-economic, abstract-logic, the analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: the economic essence of exchange activity, types of exchange contracts and methods of management by price risks in the exchange market have been considered. World practice of legal and organizational providing of exchange activity has been trained. Process of becoming exchange activity in Ukraine, functions of basе in achievement of equilibrium of market has been explored. The place and a role of exchange trade in realization of agricultural product and the food in Ukraine has been defined. Scientific novelty: basic measures of improvement of the legislative-normative field of exchange market of Ukraine were developed. Ways of improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of exchange trade is defined and mechanism of input of futures trade by an agricultural product at the exchange agrarian market of Ukraine were grounded. Degree of introduction: development are considered by preparation of normative documents by the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, "Ukrainian future stock exchange ", "Kiev agroindustrial stock exchange " are used in activity of commodity exchanges, the electronic system of exchange trade in borders of the pilot project is introduced on Prydniprovs’ka commodity exchange. Efficiency: use of results of research will assist improvement of the organization and increase of efficiency of exchange trade by agrarian production in Ukraine. Sphere, area of use: practical activities of commodity exchanges, National Association of stockexchanges of Ukraine, the Union of agrarian stock exchanges of Ukraine, the state controls.
