Nersesyan A. Criminal-legislative defense by intellectual property rights

The results of complex scientific research of different aspects of criminal-law protection of intellectual property rights are expounded in dissertation. Becoming norms of criminal legislation are analyzed in the Russian empire, USSR and independent Ukraine. Basic factors, influencing on development of the system of criminal-law protection of intellectual ownership rights, are certain. In dissertation also are analyzed the acts of criminal statute of the USA, some countries of Europe and countries, appearing after disintegration of the USSR. Investigated corpus delicti, foreseen the articles 176, 177,229, 231, 232 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
