Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the legal regime of international automobile transport corridor (IATC). deals with peculiarities of (IATC land as an object of legal regulation. Stages of law development about regime of IATC land are studied deeply. Means of legal guarding of IATC land are characterized. Management and control in the branch of usage and guarding of IATC land are explored. The scientific conclusions and propositions as for the improvement of the legislation, regulating the legal relations of the legal regime of IATC, are substantiated.
