Essay

The thesis was devoted to the complex research of the question about maintenance and lines of realization of peculiar right on the earth in Ukraine. The legal adjusting of the given relations in legislation of Ukraine is explored in it and also linked with that theoretical and practical aspects. A question is considered about notion and maintenance of right for peculiar on earth, features of lot lands as objects of right for own, their influence on realization of the legal adjusting of the given relations, application of norms of different industries of right during realization of such adjusting.
