Essay

The work is devoted to the research of the factors affecting on strength and crackresistence of the heaving steelfibreconcrete members that are beams reinforced by the effective types of steel fibre. When fibre being researched the distributions of geometrical and strengthening parameters of fibre and its defects as well as the influence of this parameters on fibre strength were studied, deformative and strength characteristics of steelfibreconcrete by means of testing the standard models provided by the Rilem method on a specially designed test bench. The recommendations on determination of calculated fibre resistances are developed, samples of the results induced by application of the researches.
