Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the criminal-legal protection of the human right to life. The necessity of elaboration of the project of the Conception of criminal-legal protection of the human right to life as an element of National program of security and protection of the human right to life in Ukraine is grounded. Such Conception elements as the state criminal-legal policy, the criminal responsibility law, the criminal responsibility, and criminal-legal measures are defined and analyzed.
