Kovtunenko L. Situational causality of the investigation actions tactics.

Dissertation is devoted to the working out of the scientific conception of the investigative action and the recommendations are given having the aim to improve the tactics devices of the separate investigative actions carrying out. The place and significance of the situation of the investigative action in the framework of the system of situations being the result of the crimes investigation have been cleared up in the work. The conception of the situation of the investigative action is proposed and its inner structure is given and revealed, its elementary composition is determined and each of these elements is analyzed. The special attention is given to the separation and adjustment of the factors having the influence on the formation of the investigative actions, their content and significance for the tactics of the carrying out of the separate investigative actions are cleared up. The universal grounds in order to classify the situations of the investigative actions are proposed. Taking into accountthe latter, the situations of the examination of the places of event, interrogation, confrontation, search, investigative experiment, examination evidences at the place, submission for identification and tactics methods of the influence on them are determined.
