In the dissertation the complex research of the investment sources and organization-management mechanisms are carried out as factors of Ukrainian economy modernization.On the basis of the institutional approach the theoretical bases of the investment strategy and state-regulated basic of formation and providing of financial sources for caring out modernization projects in Ukrainian economy are determined. Investment-innovation models of modernization processes providing are researched, the necessity of the state support of the best investment-innovation projects is grounded. Especially the concept approach to consortium financing of innovation-investment processed. The analysis and the prediction of the saving population potential is conducted, the role of the resources as investment potential is evaluated. The foreign experience of management-regulated mechanisms of reforming sphere of investment providing of innovations is researched. The optimization movement of financial resources as determined condition of Ukrainian economy modernization is grounded.
