The dissertation is devoted to the research of the special features of organized crime investigation and their reflection in the criminalistical methods. The complex analysis of the special features of organized crime influencing on the mechanism and question of proof has been made. On this basis the features of detection and investigation of such crimes, forms of co-operation of an investigator and operatives have been defined.
