Essay

Subject of investigation is the aero-engine disk-drum GTE rotor; the purpose of the research is reducing of temperature nonuniformity in the disk-drum GTE rotor disks by influence of proposed devices using dynamic pressure of axial cooling air stream; research methods are: physical modelling, methods of flow visualization and similarity theory, statistical data work methods. The results are possibility of reducing of temperature nonuniformity in the GTE rotor disks by influence of proposed devices; possibility of increasing the disk safety margin or reducing shielded disk mass as compared to unshielded; formulas for computation of temperature along the radius of the unshielded disk and shielded disk with the ejector cavities are obtained. Scientific novelty: possibility of decreasing temperature nonuniformity along the radius of GTE rotor disks by means of devices using dynamic pressure of axial cooling air stream is obtained; on the basis of experimental data formulas for the computation of temperature along the radius of the rotor disks with axial cooling air stream are modernized; formulas for the computation of temperature along the radius of the rotor disks with the ejector cavities are obtained. The results are applied as computation method for temperature state of GTE compressor disks analysis. The degree of realization - branch. The area of application are aviation engine building; turbine construction.
