The thesis is devoted to the optimization of the reconstructive tactics and surgical interventions problems of a composite treatment system for a mammary gland cancer patients by the working out the modificated method of a reconstructive surgery with the option of the adequate skin bound resection taking into account its radial pathomorphosis after the radiotherapy application before the surgical operation.
