Fedorak V. Investment providing of technical update of agriculture

Object of research: mechanisms of investment maintenance of technical updating of the agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and Prikarpatye. The purpose of research: a scientific substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical offers on improvement of investment maintenance of technical updating the agricultural enterprises. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, the system-structural analysis, a method of the comparative analysis, graphic and an expert estimation, settlement-constructive, supervision, abstract-logic, a method of extrapolation. Theoretical and practical results: are proved the system approach to definition of sources and estimations of investments and ways of technical updating of material base of an agriculture on an innovative basis. The mechanism of rational use of park of machines and tractors is proved. Interbranch attitudes in favour of an agriculture on stimulation development and investment maintenance of the cooperative agricultural and agrotechnical enterprises, andalso methodical approaches to a choice of sources of the state support for maintenance of technical updating an agriculture on an innovative basis are advanced. Scientific novelty: theoretical, methodical and practical bases of investment maintenance of technical updating of an agriculture in conditions of market economy are investigated, investment strategy and a policy of technical updating of the small and average agricultural enterprises on a investment-innovative basis is developed; the technique of definition of optimum structure of park of machines and tractors is advanced. A degree of introduction: results of researches are used by Central administrative board of agroindustrial development Ivano-Frankovskaja oblast, Management of an agriculture and foods Kolomyjskaja regional state administration, agrarian firm "Free Ukraine", agricultural Open Company "Коrnych" Ivano-Frankovskaja oblast Kolomyjskyj region; in educational process. Efficiency: use of results of research will promote definition of priority directions of investment, development of programs of technical updating of an agriculture of Prikarpatye. Sphere, area of use: the agricultural enterprises, practical activities of the state controls.
